3. Payments And Billing

Payment schedules, setup fees, ad spend obligations, and invoicing terms are outlined in your agreement. Late payments may delay delivery timelines or suspend active campaign work.

4. Intellectual Property

Pre-existing intellectual property remains owned by its original owner. Unless stated otherwise in writing, final approved deliverables are licensed to the client for business use upon full payment. We retain rights to underlying methods, frameworks, and internal processes.

5. Performance Disclaimer

Marketing outcomes vary based on market conditions, competition, platform changes, and client-side factors. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes, but we commit to strategic, data-informed optimization.

6. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Allies Creative Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability related to services is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services based on the termination terms in the active agreement. Outstanding balances for completed work remain payable upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Allies Creative Marketing LLC operates, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
